Design Method

The site is on the bank of Front Lake, located in an arboretum. Enclosed by fabulous  environment, how to take advantage of these good views emerges as the initial factor. The inspiration of this proposal comes from the first visit into this site, when a group of children run to the trees and hug the trunks, yelling and laughing. Therefore, several old trees in site are preserved and enclosed, as part of views and entertainment for this museum. Using a series of staircases, the experience of climbing slopes is rebuilt among the exhibition space. How to provide an environment for children to interact with insects when the habitat is lavished with trees of various altitudes is the third focus.
